NOTICE

RCMA (Redlands Christian Migrant Association) hereby provides notice of its intent to enter into a single-source contract for a birth to 5 child assessment provider that utilizes an assessment tool that is
• researched based,
• focuses on whole child
• based on observations
• empowers teachers to easily identify and respond to each child’s need
• and it is approved by the Florida Division of Early Learning.
The intended vendor is Teaching Strategies, LLC and the total estimated contract value is $42,604. RCMA has determined that this vendor is the only source that can fulfill the requirements of this contract effectively and efficiently.
This notice serves as an opportunity for any interested parties to review and provide comments regarding the decision. If you believe there is another vendor capable of fulfilling the contract requirements, please submit your comments in writing to Yasmin Fiore at Yasmin@rcma.org located at 402 W. Main Street, Immokalee, FL 34142.
The deadline for submitting comments is 15 days from 12/2/2024. Following this period, RCMA will finalize its decision and proceed with the contract if no objections are received.
