IMMOKALEE (July 10) – RCMA, one of the state’s largest private providers of child care and education, is recruiting teachers and support staff for its 66 child development centers, 3 charter schools and afterschool care programs in 21 Florida counties. Founded in 1965, RCMA has 1,400 employees and serves more than 6,500 children of low income and migrant families each year. The non-profit organization has an $82 million annual budget.

There are a variety of open positions, including charter school elementary Spanish teacher, charter school first grade teacher, early childhood development teachers, information and data specialists, cooks and bus drivers.

Spanish language fluency is preferred. Salary and benefits are commensurate with experience.
