The kitchen at Wimauma Community Academy, led by kitchen manager Ms. Guille, recently received an excellent evaluation from the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS). The review covered procurement, resource management, civil rights, professional standards, food safety, meal compliance, service procedures, Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Program, afterschool snacks, financial accountability, and staff standards. Impressively, the team had no discrepancies or findings. Congratulations to Ms. Guille and her team for their outstanding work!
