Dr. Seuss Day

dr suess day 1

Many of RCMA’s Child Development Centers spotted the Cat in the Hat recently as they celebrated Dr. Seuss Day with all kinds of fun events that encouraged students to embrace reading. Centers in Palatka, Zellwood, Wimauma, Fellsmere, Whispering Pines, Miami-Dade and others held events that promoted the joy of reading. Celebrated in honor of the birthday of Theodor Seuss Geisel, famously known as Dr. Seuss, the day was filled with reading activities, character dress-ups, and a shared appreciation for the iconic Dr. Seuss stories that have charmed generations. The kids loved it, and so did their teachers!
