The entire RCMA family would like to extend heartfelt congratulations to one of our dedicated staff members, Blanca Flores, on achieving a significant milestone. Recently, Blanca earned a master’s degree in School Counseling from the University of South Florida. What an amazing milestone!
Blanca has played an integral role in the development of RCMA’s Mulberry Community Academy, contributing immensely to its growth. This month, Blanca begins a new chapter of service to our academy when she takes on the role of school counselor.
Blanca’s journey is truly inspirational; growing up in Hillsborough and Polk counties in a migrant family, she traveled back and forth between Florida and Ohio, following the crop cycles. Today, she stands as a testament to the power of hard work and perseverance, proving that dreams can indeed be achieved through dedication.
